Defence First is headed to Connecticut! Join us to learn what a 'Thinking Camp' is about. We will discuss the power of influence in the game and implement these thinking skills in real time on the ice. Instead of reading and reacting, we will teach how to initiate and dictate. This camp is for forwards and defencemen. We teach high-level concepts that can be applied in any situation on the ice.

Cost: $825 USD
Schedule:
- Group 1 (Ages 11-13): 8:00am to 12:00pm
- Group 2 (Ages 14-18): 8:00am to 12:00pm
Includes:
- 2 hours of ice and 1 hour off ice each day.
- Off ice consists of Micro Gate cognitive training, body-in-motion training, and mindfulness / positive self-talk work
- 3 pre-camp preparation webinars and in-season mentorship sessions.
