Mike Weaver of Defence First is thrilled to present a unique camp experience. We aim to thoroughly explore various types of contact, enhancing students' confidence in every conceivable situation.
Our curriculum emphasizes initiating and receiving contact techniques, ensuring our students stay ahead in the game. Players will acquire skills in improved balance, power stance, safety during contact, and confidence-building methods. Engaging in daily battles will continually challenge their balance and stance adjustment.
Ultimately, our objective is to mould confident, well-balanced players proficient in a refined checking technique for giving and receiving.
