Defence First has always been about providing young hockey players with the best coaching, training and overall experience possible.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our programs, instructors and players. 

We are excited to announce a *NEW* Limited Membership Training Program. Our new program includes two-hour blocks of focussed instruction from Mike Weaver and Jay Sprague for 5 days each week. This small group instruction will have a 4:1 ratio and comply with all health and safety protocols.

Cost:  $650 CDN + HST Tax  Goalie: No Goalies
**2020 Registered Clients receive $50 OFF**
On Ice Instruction:  10 hours
