Defence First is devoted to developing each player’s individual skills that will, in turn, lead to greater contributions to their team’s success; providing a positive environment for players to excel and develop their mental skills as well as their physical ones. The mental part of the game is often overlooked and never taught, by thinking the game you become more efficient and positionally sound on the ice. If you currently compete at an elite level we are the camp for you.
Our Girls Elite week will be inviting the top girls in their teams. So if you are at the top of your team we want you!

On Ice Instruction: 15 hours
GROUP C AGES 14-17, AA ELITE
Ages: 14-17, Limited to 22 students + 2 Goalies
Cost: $775 CDN + HST Tax Goalie: $60 CDN + HST Tax
Early Sign-Up ($25 OFF): $750 + HST Tax by May 1st
